| the food you eat has bugs!!! |

True. I recently found out from my friends that red dye is in food, hair products,make-up, and clothing. It's from a tropical insects called Dactylopius. Their coccus contain red pigment, which is used for the red pigment. Don't confuse red dye # 40 with it. Red dye #40 is made from coal. I found this soo digusting.im getting goosebumps looking at the picture LOL. thats how gross i find it. yuck!
..Next time you're browsing the supermarket in search of the makings of that night's dinner, pause a moment to read the ingredients labels of your favorite red-colored ingestibles and cosmetics. Chances are, you'll discover a notation for cochineal, carmine, or carminic acid, pigments whose origins might surprise and possibly disgust you.
Oh another note: Msg is in everything seriously i found this out in the winter i think. Americans freak out when they hear chinese take out or restaurant use msg added to there food...but they don't even realize that they have been eating it. Look at all your food labels. Mono sodium Glutamate-Msg aka... company's explanation are that when foods are being processed... food loses its flavor. and msg keeps the flavor in tack. youtube it, you'll be quite amazed what you find on there.
Red bull lovers? energy drink loverS? Wanna feel peppy? try some vitamin b supplements intake =D, it'll give u a huge jump start and it's healthy(find it in your vitamin isle). This is whats added in your drinks! |

Quiet and self-reserved as I am, I don’t tend to say much. I’m one of those people with too many thoughts buzzing through my head and somehow manage to keep it all inside. But if you get to know me well enough with time, you’ll find how much more open I can be =). I speak Vietnamese with my parents and if necessary, I throw in a bit of english here and there. I’m someone who doesn’t like to dwell in the past; it’s much easier just living life day by day with what it already has to offer you. I'm an athletic person....so working out is my favorite hobby, the gym is like my 2nd home. I'm sometimes a bit too tolerant and indecisive for my own good, but that's slowly changing with time And to say the least, my lovely friends and family are a major contribution to my life and shaping me to who I am today =D. I’m extremely restless and sometimes find it difficult to stay on task or concentrate on one thing. As for school, well... procrastination. Enough said =P. Who doesn't? Just taking the time to enjoy the very simple things in life can easily bring you relaxation and contentment, in my opinion anyway. Oh, and if you happen to see this girl randomly trip on a nicely evened out pavement/sidewalk with no cracks or holes to its name, that would most likely be me. Anything else? Reality’s the way to go =D
